FRUITY CAKE 
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can (8 1/4 oz.) fruit cocktail or crushed pineapple (do not drain)
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together in an 8x8x2 inch ungreased cake pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes or microwave on high 8-10 minutes. Frost immediately.

FROSTING:

1/4 c. soft butter
1 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Frost cake while warm.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
