MRS. ROSIE'S FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 c. plain flour
1 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (303) can fruit cocktail

Beat all ingredients 2 minutes. Pour in pan. Sprinkle on top 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. can milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1 c. coconut

Cook 2 minutes and spread over cake.
