MIDDLE EASTERN SALAD 
1 cucumber, pared & sliced thinly
8 c. cut romaine
3 radishes, thinly sliced
1/2 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. green onions
1/4 c. chopped fresh dill or 1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tsp. crushed dried mint
1/2 c. roquefort cheese
2 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges

GARLIC/LEMON DRESSING:

1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. peanut or olive oil

Press garlic and combine ingredients in small jar and shake well. Combine vegetables in salad bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and toss thoroughly.
