BRANDIED FRUIT 
STARTER:

4 c. apricot (or peach) brandy
4 c. sugar

Bring to a boil.

Drain juice before adding:

8 c. sliced peaches, cut
4 c. pineapple (chunks)
1 can bing cherries

Put in glass jar and stir with wooden spoon every day for 2 weeks, then refrigerate. When it starts to ferment put in refrigerator.
