BLUEBERRY POUND CAKE 
1 pt. blueberries (can use frozen)
2 sticks butter, softened
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each egg. Add vanilla, beat until fluffy. Take 1/4 cup of flour and dredge blueberries - set aside. Sift remaining 2 3/4 cups of flour with baking powder and salt. Fold into batter until blended.

Gently stir in berries. Pour into pan and bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until cake tests okay. Cool 10 minutes before taking out of pan.
