BOURBON BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 c. catsup
1/3 c. bourbon
1/4 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar, red
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix and let stand several hours.

Can be used as marinade or basting sauce.

Makes about 2 cups.
