CHARLIE'S CHOPS 
4 or 6 pork chops
Shortening
1 pkg. of saltines (from a box of 4)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk

Melt enough shortening in big skillet to make it 1/2 inch deep.

Crush saltines into crumbs using rolling pin. Put crumbs, salt and pepper into bread bag and shake to mix. Put eggs and milk into a bowl and mix together.

Dip both sides of chops (one at a time) into egg mixture. Then put chops into bread bag and shake to coat both sides. Cook chops in skillet, medium temperature, until brown. Then flip and cook the other side the same.
