2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nuts, chopped
3 c. apples, chopped
1 c. coconut

Mix oil, eggs, sugar, orange juice and vanilla. Add flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; mix well. Add nuts, coconut and apples; mix well.

Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Bring to hard boil. Pour over cake in pan. Let cool before removing cake from pan.
