BEST EVER CAKE 
Crust:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix ingredients together and place into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Let cool.

1st Layer Filling:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 large container Cool Whip

Mix together with electric mixer. Cover crust with mixture.

2nd Layer Filling:

1 small pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 small pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk

Mix with electric mixer and pour over 1st Layer Filling. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts and shave Hershey chocolate bar over the top (optional).
