MANDARIN ORANGE DESSERT 
60 Ritz crackers
2 tbsp. sugar
1 stick butter

Crush crackers, melt butter and mix with crackers and sugar. Reserve 1 cup for top. Press in 9x13 cake pan.

Mix together:

1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed

Fold in:

1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed

Fold in:

2 cans mandarin oranges, drained

Spread over crust. Top with reserved crumbs. Refrigerate.
