TORTILLA HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
6 flour tortillas (8 inch)
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 sm. clove garlic, chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt & pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water

Brown hamburger, onion and garlic. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, salt and pepper. Reserve 1/2 cup cheese. Butter tortilla shells. In an 8-inch round casserole layer; shells, hamburger and cheese. Place the 1/2 cup reserved cheese on top. Pour 1/2 cup water around the edges. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Let set 5 minutes, cut into wedges. Serves 4 to 6.
