NO. 13 HOTDISH 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. fine noodles, cooked & drained
2 lbs. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
3 1/2 c. canned tomatoes, cut up
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 (12 oz.) can Mexi-corn (niblet type)
1 c. ripe olives, sliced
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, sliced
1/2 lb. American cheese, grated

Cook noodles and drain. Saute meat, onions, garlic and green pepper in oil until meat is brown. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper and simmer 10 minutes. Combine noodles, meat mixture, remaining ingredients and same some cheese to sprinkle over top. Bake in greased casserole at 350 degrees for one hour.
