GREEN CHILE STEW 
1 lb. stew meat (beef or pork)
1 can Mexican style tomatoes
1 med. potato, cut in chunks
3 tbsp. flour
Garlic cloves or powder
1 (7 oz.) can chopped chiles
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. oil
3 tomato cans of water

Place oil in roast pan. Sear meat. Add flour to thicken. Add tomatoes, chiles, onions, and chunk potatoes to meat mixture. Add water and garlic. Cook for about 2 hours or until meat is tender.
