GREEN CHILE STEW 
1 pkg. stew meat
20 fresh green chilies, roasted, peeled and chopped
1 med. onion, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can diced tomatoes
2 to 3 cups cooked pinto beans
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. oregano
Pepper to taste
Water

Brown meat, onion and garlic in oil in heavy Dutch oven. When browned, add all other ingredients and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with hot tortillas.
