QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown beef. Add onions and cook until tender. Add remaining ingredients and heat through, but do not boil. Serve over rice or noodles.
