SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can or 2 sm. cans sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 sticks butter, melted (1 stick)
3 eggs, beaten

TOPPING:

1 c. cornflake crumbs
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 stick melted butter

Combine first five ingredients. Place in greased casserole. Mix crumbs, nuts and butter for topping, sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve hot. 6 servings.
