Clean and dry the seeds from your Halloween pumpkin. Spread them on a cookie sheet and mix with 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake at 325 degrees until brown, approximately 20 minutes. Dry on paper towels and store in a ziploc bag.
