CRAZY BREAD 
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. yeast
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. shortening, melted

Mix 1 cup warm water, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon yeast over water mixture until dissolved, stir in 1 cup flour and melted shortening. Gradually add other flour to make soft dough. Knead 5 to 7 minutes; let rise 5 to 10 minutes. Grease baking sheet. Roll dough into 9 x 13 inch rectangle and cut 1 inch bread sticks. Spread on baking sheet, let rise 5 to 10 minutes. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in 400 degrees. Brush with melted butter and Parmesan cheese.
