CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 egg separated, use yolk and save white
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. granulated sugar

Use a 9 x 13 pan, line the pan with 1 package crescent rolls. Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, vanilla and sugar until smooth. Spread over the crescent rolls. Put second package of crescent rolls over cream cheese mixture. (Tip: To flatten top crust press plastic wrap and peel off). Beat egg white lightly and brush over top crust. Top with cinnamon and sugar mixture and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
