CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg, separated
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
Powdered sugar

Pat 1 package crescent rolls in 9"x13" ungreased pan. Mix together cheese, sugar, egg yolk, vanilla and lemon juice. until creamy. Spread over crescent rolls. Pat last package of crescent rolls out on piece of wax paper to fit top of mixture. Peel crescent off wax paper onto mixture. Brush with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
