CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 pkgs. crescent dinner rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 egg whites

Grease and flour a jelly roll pan or cookie sheet. Break crescent rolls and line bottom of pan. Mix all other ingredients and spread on top of crescent rolls. Cover with the second package of crescent rolls. Spread beaten egg white (foamy) with sprinkled nuts. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. When cool, sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
