SCALLOPED CORN 
2 cans creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1/4 lb. cheese, grated
1/4 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. oil or melted butter
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3/4 tsp. garlic salt

Combine ingredients in order given, reserving part of the cheese to sprinkle on top. Place in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
