FLOUNDER AU GRATIN | |
1/4 c. bread crumbs, plain type 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese 1 lb. flounder fillets 1/4 c. mayonnaise Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in flat dish. Brush founder fillets with mayonnaise and coat with crumb and cheese mixture. Arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown and fish flakes easy. Serves 4. |
