PUMPKIN SQUARE (Pukka) 
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. uncooked oats
1 tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. confectioners' sugar

Combine first 3 ingredients until well blended. Add next 7 ingredients and mix well. Bake in greased 10x15 inch pan at 350 F. for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.

Combine last 4 ingredients to make frosting. Or simply sprinkle cake with confectioners' sugar.
