STRAWBERRY DESSERT MOLD 
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen strawberry halves
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
1 banana, sliced
2 pkgs. (3 oz. each) strawberry flavor gelatin
1 c. whipping cream

Defrost berries, drain berries and pineapple in saucepan. Add water to measure 1 3/4 cup. Heat syrup to boiling. Remove from heat. Add gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Cool. Chill until partially set. Whip cream until double in volume. Whip gelatin, fold cream into gelatin. Add fruit. Pour into mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto plate.
