CRANBERRY GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 c. cranberry sauce
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Dash salt
6 chicken breasts

Mix together all ingredients in saucepan and warm. Place chicken skin up on baking pan. Brush portion of sauce over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Then baste a second time. Bake another 25 minutes or until tender. Remove chicken to platter. Pour remainder of sauce in pan to deglaze pan. Pour sauce over chicken.
