“STEVE'S CAJUN CHICKEN SAUSAGE SAUTE” IS IN:

STEVE'S CAJUN CHICKEN SAUSAGE
SAUTE
 
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 cup chopped green onion
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 lb andouille sausage, cut into 1/2-inch slices
1/2 lb boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
2 (14.5 oz cans) diced tomatoes, undrained
3 tsp. dried Cajun seasoning
1/2 tsp. celery salt

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and sausage. Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add chicken, sauté 4 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, Cajun seasoning, and salt. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer for 6 minutes.
