CRANBERRY RUM RAISIN RELISH | |
2 c. sugar 2 cinnamon stick 6 whole cloves 1/2 c. water 1 medium navel orange with peel, chopped and seeded 12 oz. pkg. fresh or frozen cranberries 1/2 c. light rum 15 oz. pkg. golden raisins 1. Combine sugar, cinnamon stick, cloves, water, orange, cranberries, rum and raisins. Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer 15 minutes or until thickened. 2. Store in covered container in refrigerator up to 3 weeks. |
