CHOCOLATE JUMBLES 
1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour plus more
1 c. cocoa
4 eggs
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. cream of tartar
1 egg (for topping)

Mix together as given. Roll out thin. Cut with cookie cutter. Beat 1 egg and brush top. Sprinkle with sugar (regular).

Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
