GERMAN CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE
BROWNIES
 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate
1/4 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tbsp. flour

Prepare brownie layer. Microwave chocolate and butter on high 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted. Stir sugar into chocolate. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add flour until well blended. Stir in nuts. Put in greased 8 inch square pan.

In same bowl, mix cream cheese, sugar, egg and flour until smooth. Spread over brownie mixture. Swirl to marbelize. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 16 brownies.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
