1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pecans (more if desired)

Mix all of the above and press into 9 x 13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
2 eggs
1 box confectioners sugar

Mix all of this together with mixer until smooth and pour over the above. Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
