ECLAIR CAKE 
1 c. water
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
4 eggs

FILLING:

2 1/2 c. milk
2 pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Cool Whip
Hershey's syrup

Boil butter and water. After it comes to full boil, remove from stove. Mix in flour and eggs with fork (mixture will be real sticky). Grease and flour cookie sheet. Spread batter and bake at 400 degrees for approximately 15 minutes. Let cool.

Mix milk, pudding and cream cheese on low until blended. Spread mixture on cooled pastry crust. Top with Cool Whip. Drizzle with Hershey syrup. Cut through with knife for design.
