VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Grated cheddar cheese
1 pack Ritz crackers, crumbled

Mix Veg-All, water chestnuts, onion and mayonnaise. Bake until hot ( in microwave or oven). Sprinkle grated cheese on top to cover casserole. Cover with Ritz crackers. Bake until cheese melts.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
