HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
6 eggs, beaten
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 qts. cream (Half and Half)
2 qts. peaches, strawberries or 1 can chocolate syrup
Milk

Beat sugar and eggs together. Add vanilla and cream. Pour into ice cream freezer. Add fruit. Add milk to fill to line on freezer. "Freeze." Makes approximately 5 quarts.
