WHITE CHILI 
4 lb. jar cooked navy beans
1-2 lbs. chicken, cooked and diced
4-8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with jalapenos, grated
1 lb. jar mild salsa

Combine beans, chicken pieces, and salsa. Simmer about an hour to blend flavors. Serve hot with cheese on top.

Seemed to be lacking something so I added a can of corn, a packet of taco seasoning. Simmered until thickened then poured into a bisquik crust. Baked at 400 for 20 minutes. Yum!
