CALICO PECAN BALL 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. sweet pepper, chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. season salt
3/4 c. additional pecans, chopped

Combine crushed pineapple and remaining ingredients. Mix well on low speed of mixer or with fork. Form into balls and roll into additional chopped pecans. Wrap and chill until ready to serve. Serve with celery sticks and (or) Ritz crackers.
