MOUND PECAN BALLS 
2 lbs. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) angel flake coconut
1 cube butter (best with real butter)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix all together well and make into small balls and dip into following: 1/4 to 1/2 cake of paraffin wax

Melt chocolate and wax together in double boiler.

It's best when dipping to use 2 forks and lightly hit side of pan to shake off excess chocolate. Makes 170 balls.
