1 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla essence
2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
+ 5 lg. Granny Smith apples
Cinnamon powder

Peel and thinly slice apples sprinkled with cinnamon over oiled dish.

DOUGH: Mix together flour, sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla essence, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Pour dough over apples evenly and bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Serve with whipped cream (optional).
