BANANA CRISP 
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
6 tbsp. butter
4 bananas, sliced (3 c.)
1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
Vanilla ice cream

Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon; cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Set aside.

Arrange banana slices in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish. Combine orange and lemon juices; pour over bananas. Sprinkle with the granulated sugar. Top with flour mixture. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Serve with ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
