BANANA KAHLUA DELIGHT 
3 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. light brown sugar
Dash cinnamon
1/4 c. Kahlua
4 sm. bananas
1 pt. vanilla ice cream
1/4 c. toasted slivered almonds or chopped nuts

In a large skillet melt the butter. Sprinkle in the brown sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add cinnamon and Kahlua. Heat until bubbly.

Slice bananas in half, crosswise, then slice each half lengthwise. Add bananas to the sauce. Cook to heat through, basting often for 3 to 5 minutes.

Scoop ice cream into 4 dessert dishes. Spoon bananas over ice cream. Top with sauce. Sprinkle with toasted almonds or chopped nuts.
