STRAWBERRY PRETZEL DESSERT 
2 2/3 c. crushed pretzels
3 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
1c. sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
16 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
2 c. hot water
1 lg. pkg. strawberry Jello

CRUST: Mix together the crushed pretzels, 3 tablespoons sugar and melted butter. Press on bottom of 9"x13" pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.

MIDDLE LAYER: Mix cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and Cool Whip. Put on top of cooled crust.

TOP LAYER: Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add strawberries. Let set until slightly thickened. Put on top of middle layer. Refrigerate.
