TERIYAKI MARINADE 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cloves garlic (minced) or 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

This recipe is great for filets. But you can use any kind of meat or poultry too.
