SAUTEED CABBAGE 
1 lg. onion, cut into ribbons
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 med. head cabbage
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tsp. caraway seed
Paprika
Parsley
1 tbsp. bacon drippings or olive oil (add more if needed)

Saute onion, then add cabbage. Stir thoroughly. Simmer, stirring occasionally for about 20 minutes. Stir in garlic, salt and pepper, paprika, parsley and caraway seed. Continue cooking until cabbage is tender, about another 10 or 15 minutes. Serve with baked potato and Polish sausage.
