ROYAL MARBLE CHEESECAKE 
3/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In small bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in butter until forms fine particles. Stir in 2 ounces melted chocolate. Press onto bottom of 10 inch spring form pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
5 lg. eggs
1 c. sour cream
4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces, melted

Blend all ingredients, except chocolate. In small bowl, mix 1 3/4 cups of filling with chocolate. Pour remaining filling (cream colored) onto baked crust. Top with spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture. Using a rubber spatula, cut the batters together into marble. Do not overmix. Place in 400 degree oven. Reduce immediately to 300 degrees and bake for 1 hour. Cool away from drafts and chill for at least 8 hours.
