ZUCCHINI (APPLE) COBBLER 
8 c. peeled and seeded zucchini
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3 sticks butter

Mix the flour, sugar and butter until crumbly. Pat half in 9 x 12 pan. Mix half of remaining flour mix with zucchini. Pour into crust. Sprinkle the last of the flour mix on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
