2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 pkg. taco seasoning

MIX:

2/3 c. water
2 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 c. Cheddar cheese
1 can biscuits

Brown beef, onions, peppers and seasoning. Put in greased casserole dish. After you place biscuits in bottom of pan and press into thin crust. After you pour meat on crust, top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serves 10.
