FRUITED CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (15 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
1 (5 oz.) can chow mein noodles
Lettuce leaves

In large bowl combine cooked chicken, pineapple, celery, oranges, olives, green pepper and onion. Blend mayonnaise and mustard; toss gently with chicken mixture. Cover and chill several hours. Just before serving, mix in chow mein noodles; turn salad into a lettuce-lined serving bowl. Makes 8 servings.
