AVOCADO FRUIT SALAD 
French dressing
1/2 c. halved, seeded grapes
Mint leaves
Red or green cherries
1 avocado
2 c. grapefruit sections
1/2 c. toasted coconut (shredded)

Cut avocado in half, do not peel, scoop out halves. Combine with grapes and grapefruit, marinate in French dressing, which has been seasoned with mint leaves. Pile into scooped out shells. Arrange on lettuce. Serve from shells. Arrange fruits on bed of lettuce, sprinkle with toasted coconut; garnish with cherries.
