MONSTER COOKIES
1 lb. (2 c.) butter
6 c. peanut butter
2 lbs. brown sugar
4 c. granulated sugar
1 dozen eggs
2 tbsp. vanilla
1/4 c. corn syrup
8 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. salt
9 c. oatmeal
9 c. granola
2 c. chocolate chips
2 c. peanut butter chips
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together butter and peanut butter. Cream together with sugars. Add eggs, vanilla and corn syrup. Beat well. Add oatmeal, granola, baking soda and salt. Mix. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, raisins and nuts. Drop onto greased cookie sheets by tablespoon or small ice cream scoop for monster sized cookies. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or just until lightly brown. They should be chewy when cool. Makes 100-300 depending on size.

Monster cookies are so named because of the amount of cookies one batch makes! Always a hit with friends and family (and no flour!).
