CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
3/4 c. cocoa (Hershey's)
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Confectioners sugar

Combine sugar and oil. Add cocoa and blend well. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Blend well. Cover and chill at least 6 hours or overnight. Shape into 1-inch balls and roll in powdered sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet, 2 inches apart. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, or until done, at 350 degrees.
